- 3 tbps Butter
- 4 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 8 ounces Smoked Salmon, diced
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbps chives, minced
- 2 tbps parsley, minced
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 tbps fresh dillweed, minced
- 1 pound fettucine pasted

1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add smoked salmon and cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Add cream and heat through. Set aside and keep warm |
2. Cook pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Add pasta to cream mixture over low heat. Add chives, parsley, parmesan and dill. Toss to mix well. |
