ingredients

  • 3 tbps Butter
  • 4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces Smoked Salmon, diced
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tbps chives, minced
  • 2 tbps parsley, minced
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 tbps fresh dillweed, minced
  • 1 pound fettucine pasted

directions

1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add smoked salmon and cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Add cream and heat through. Set aside and keep warm
2. Cook pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Add pasta to cream mixture over low heat. Add chives, parsley, parmesan and dill. Toss to mix well.
